The Back-of-the-Door Campaign
The Mental Health Task Force of Polk County is very proud to announce the Back-of-the-Door Campaign, our initiative designed to raise awareness about available resources and providers, and reduce the stigma associated with seeking treatment. For the Back-of-the-Door Campaign, we have designed over 100 posters addressing a wide variety of mental health, suicide prevention, and addiction issues. We are targeting a wide variety of demographic groups. The Mental Health Task Force, with the consent of participating facilities, is placing these posters on the backs of bathroom doors or other approved places in businesses, hospitals, schools, and social service organizations throughout Polk County. Some examples of Back-of-the-Door campaign posters are displayed below.
